RETURN POLICY

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you change your mind about an item, here are the details of our return and exchange policy.

 

CONDITIONS

You have 21 days from the date of receipt to exchange or return your items. After this period, we can no longer accept returns or issue a refund. All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, in their original packaging with tags attached. Items not eligible for return: Waistshaper, socks, underwear – without exception. Clearance items, stickers, items purchased during a liquidation sale are considered final sale and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged. Items purchased during a POP UP event cannot be returned or refunded.
Gift cards are non-refundable.
Items must be in their original condition. We will not accept returns if the item is dirty, torn, stained, covered in hair, or has any odor. No exceptions.

 

RETURN FEES

You are responsible for the return costs of your items.For an exchange, it is possible to include the new item in a new order to save on return shipping costs if you wish.
Allow up to 7 days for your return to be processed. Once the return if process, you will be refunded through your original payment method. Some banks might take a few days to process the refund.

FINAL SALE

Purchases made during sale periods are neither refundable nor exchangeable. All items in the final sale are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
