PROCESSING & SHIPPING
Allow between 3 to 7 days for your order to be processed before it's shipped. Orders are processed on weekdays only. Once you place your order, it can not be changed (return only). Processing time could be longer during Black Friday and other big sale event. Carefully enter your address and other information since we are not responsible for incorrect entered address. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
- Free canadian shipping for orders over 119$
-All canadian orders are shipped with Poste Canada expedited shipping. Once order is processed, expect 3-7 days for delievery depending the address.
- No split shipment, we ship once all the items are ready to be shipped
- If we need to reship your order for incorrect adress, the shipping fees will be applicable again to the customer.
USA SHIPPING
- Free shipping to USA for orders over 200$ (cad)
-All orders are shipped with expedited shipping. Once order is processed, expect 12-20 days for delivery depending the address.
- No split shipment, we ship once all the items are ready to be shipped
- If we need to reship your order for incorrect address, the shipping fees will be applicable again to the customer.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
- Free international shipping for orders over 300$ (cad)
- No split shipment, we ship once all the items are ready to be shipped
- If we need to reship your order for incorrect address, the shipping fees will be applicable again to the customer.
- We are not responsible for shipping charges, custom import fees and the cost of shipping back to us in case of return. Charge of 20$ will be deducted from your refund for any refused delivery.
